Dealer Performance Groups
Participation in one or more of these groups delivers best practice sharing and learning targeted at specific departments. Many times, members participate in several groups to integrate ideas across departments. We invite up to 2 representatives from each dealer group to participate. These events prove very developmental for attendees as well as helpful in resolving dealer problems
We gather targeted leaders with similar interests and roles from a variety of John Deere Dealer Groups four times per year (2 face to face; 2 Virtual) to discuss and share idea, best practices, and solutions to common challenges. Existing DPG groups include:
- IS DPG
- Service DPG
- Parts DPG
- Talent DPG
Members benefit greatly by reducing the time to resolve common problems, expansion of their network, and developing as leaders through our workshops.
